We recruited 302 members between March thirteen and October 15, 2014; 224 were randomized (149 intervention, 75 controls) after finishing the baseline part (Fig. 1). Previous to randomization 78 contributors discontinued, the first motive for this was failure to fulfill screening HbA1c criterion. Participants’ baseline traits are summarized in Table 1, the full evaluation set included 224 randomized contributors, and there have been no important variations between teams.
